Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Sakalio Solutions (hereinafter "Contractor") and the customer (hereinafter "Client") for the provision of services in the areas of web development, design, marketing and related digital services.
§ 2 Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded through the written order confirmation by the Contractor or by commencement of service provision. Offers by the Contractor are non-binding.
§ 3 Services
The scope of services results from the service description in the offer or contract. Change requests by the Client after contract conclusion may lead to adjustments in price and schedule.
§ 4 Remuneration and Payment
Remuneration is based on the amount agreed in the offer. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.
§ 5 Copyrights
Copyrights to created works remain with the Contractor. Upon full payment, the Client receives a simple right of use for the agreed purpose.
