The Challenge

Grundrein Elbe-Weser needed a professional online presence that positions them as the leading cleaning service provider in Bremerhaven and the Elbe-Weser region. Their previous website lacked modern design, had no conversion strategy, and failed to communicate their quality and reliability effectively.

The core challenge was building a website that serves as a lead generation machine — not just a digital business card. It needed to combine trust-building elements like testimonials, process visualization, and service packages with clear calls-to-action throughout the entire user journey.

Additionally, the site needed strong local SEO foundations, a sophisticated content architecture for services and blog posts, and a custom motion system that feels premium without sacrificing performance on mobile devices.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a content-driven corporate website using Next.js 16 with App Router, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS — exported as a fully static site for maximum performance on Cloudflare Pages. The architecture centers around a centralized data model in siteConfig for services, packages, FAQs, testimonials, and blog content.

The homepage features an immersive video hero with poster fallback and mobile autoplay handling, followed by service sections, an interactive process cycle with scroll-synchronized navigation, comparison modules, package cards, testimonials, blog teasers, and conversion-optimized contact forms with external API integration and anti-spam protection.

We built a custom motion system with scroll-triggered reveal animations, phase-based transitions, and full prefers-reduced-motion support — delivering a premium feel without heavy animation libraries. Service and blog detail pages are statically generated via slug-based routing with comprehensive SEO metadata.
